The Warrior Circuit


I have been doing this workout for quite a while and it is still challenging. The reason for that is you can adjust the work out to your desired intensity. You can do more repetitions or lessen your recovery time. Whatever is your fitness level, and your goals, the Warrior Circuit will challenge you.  The entire process will take approximately 34 minutes to complete.  You will test your endurance and gain strength but not get bulky.
